Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
Orders will ship within 1-4 days. If you do not see your order within 2 weeks, you can contact support@sehartisans.com so we can investigate any delays. Please be kind with delivery, as most shipping companies are experiencing delays. We are not offering expedited shipping at this time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At SEH Artisans, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, if your candle is damaged during shipment, please submit photographic proof of damage to sehartisans@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll gladly refund your purchase.
If you receive the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, you may return your unused product(s) for a full refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) within 14 days of delivery.
